Improved Store Banner Scaling & Safe Zones

I want a store banner system that scales correctly across all devices without tiling or cropping text. Currently, the recommended 1920x820 size causes text to disappear or the image to duplicate because there is no defined scaling algorithm or "safe zone" guidance. It should be "one size fits all" or provide a preview/cropping tool to ensure text is always visible and centered.
