Am I eligible for a refund if I find the product difficult to use?

Clearly Development expects customers to review product details before purchasing. Creators provide descriptions, previews, and documentation to support usage.

Refunds will not be granted due to unfamiliarity with the product, lack of experience, or difficulty using the asset.

What if the product I bought is later discounted?

We do not offer refunds or partial refunds for price differences after purchase.

Sales and discounts β€” whether platform-wide or set by individual creators β€” are time-limited and may occur at any time.

When am I eligible for a refund?

You may be eligible for a refund if the product you purchased:

  • Is materially different from what was advertised

  • Includes features, content, or functionality that were shown but not delivered

  • Does not function as described (e.g. systems, scripts, or mechanics do not work as stated)

  • Contains missing or incomplete components that were clearly advertised

  • Has corrupted, broken, or incorrect files that prevent proper use

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.

Dispute process

Before opening a dispute, you must first contact the product creator directly and allow them an opportunity to resolve the issue.

  • If the creator does not respond within 7 days, you may open a dispute

  • Once a dispute is opened, the creator has up to 7 days to respond

  • Our moderation team will review both sides and any provided evidence

  • A decision is typically made within 7–14 days, though in rare cases this may take up to 30 days

All decisions made by Clearly Development are final.

When refunds are not provided

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • Accidental purchases

  • Purchasing the wrong product

  • Changing your mind after purchase

  • No longer wanting or needing the product

  • Lack of compatibility outside of what was explicitly advertised

  • Misunderstanding of product functionality where it was clearly described

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are considered final once access has been granted.

Abuse of the dispute system

Clearly Development monitors refund and dispute activity.

  • Repeated disputes that violate this policy may be automatically declined

  • Excessive or abusive dispute behaviour (e.g. repeated invalid claims) may result in restricted or suspended access to the dispute system

  • In such cases, future disputes may require manual review and can take up to 60 days

If you want, I can also turn this into a fully structured Terms of Service section with clauses, numbering, and legal tone so it’s enforceable and consistent with your other docs.
